What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

What condition must items be in to return?

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

Yes. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, the following items are non-returnable:
