UK Delivery & Shipping FAQ – OEM Source

How will my electronics order be delivered safely?All high-value electronics require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you are unavailable, smaller parcels may be left with a neighbour. A calling card will be provided if delivery cannot be completed.
- Small items: sent to a local collection point
- Large items: held for 5 working days before return
Yes, we offer next working day delivery across mainland UK, alongside standard delivery options for electronics and accessories.
Will I receive delivery tracking updates?Yes, you will receive email and SMS notifications, including a one-hour delivery window (if valid contact details are provided).
Can you install or set up my electronics?No, we do not currently offer installation or setup services.
Will my order be delivered inside my home?Deliveries are made to your front door only. Couriers are unable to bring items inside.
Can packaging be removed on delivery?No, couriers cannot remove packaging. Please use your local recycling facilities.

Orders under 100kg are usually shipped together. Some items may arrive separately at no extra cost.
Where do you deliver in the UK?We deliver to mainland UK only. Exclusions include:
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
- Isle of Man
We do not offer guaranteed weekend delivery due to courier limitations. Deliveries are typically Monday–Friday.
Do you ship internationally?Selected items can be shipped internationally. Shipping costs are charged in advance.
All customs duties, VAT, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
